Product Description
Radiant tubes with high radiation efficiency – Type CERA
The dark radiator consists of one tube in aluminized steel with a diameter of 150mm covered with black matte high-temperature paint.
Ceramic tubes are installed in the aluminized steel radiation tube. These ceramic tubes reduce in material thickness (walls with decreasing thicknesses) depending on the distance from the gas burner, so that a homogeneous radiation field is obtained over the entire length.

Features and Benefits
• Isolation transformer of 230 V – 230V – 35 VA with a neutral to ground.
• Atmospheric gas burner ”venturi” with primary and secondary air inlet for flame centralization, assisted by a fan for the exhaust gases (operating in negative pressure).
• Double gas tap with pressure regulator for ignition and progressive passage.
• A removable electronic ignition transformer provides all ignition functions and flame control through ionization by means of a mono-electrode.
• A differential pressure switch permanently monitors the negative pressure in the radiation tube.
• The transformer and pressure switch are easily accessible.
• The thrust group with turbine extractor, cooling screw and shaft in stainless steel are mounted on roller bearings.
