Our customer orientation and service
Nortek Global HVAC France markets complete technical solutions: studies, products and accessories. We accompany our customers throughout the product life cycle. We have a sales force present throughout France with salespeople trained in our products and supported by a pre-sales service which answers your questions, carries out studies and quotes. Our sales administration department is responsible for management of orders, deadlines and shipping. Our technical department can commission your installations for all new equipment which allows you to benefit from an additional year of warranty. Our after-sales service consists of a hotline for technical assistance for the implementation, commissioning or troubleshooting. Itinerant technicians can also intervene on our products and are equipped with vehicles with a stock of parts most common detached parts. We have a stock of more than 100 spare parts. The spare parts department responds to requests for price within 48 hours and can ship most parts in less than 72 hours which allows us to ensure the maintenance of our large fleet of machines.
